SONY Xperia X features a 5-inch (1980×1080 pixels) Full HD Triluminios Display. It is powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 hexa core processor along with Adreno 510 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage which can also be expanded up to 200GB using microSD card. The device sports a 23MP Rear Camera with LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and a 13MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It measures 142.7×69.4×7.9mm and weighs 153 grams. It is backed by 2620mAh battery and runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, MHL 3.0 and GPS/GLONASS.

The Xperia XA sports a 13MP Rear camera with LED flash, Hybrid Autofocus, 1/3″ Sony Exmor RS sensor and an 8MP Front camera for selfies and video calling.
