Lava has launched its latest budget smartphone called Lava V2s in India. The Lava V2s flaunts a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD IPS Display with a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P with Mali-T720 GPU. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage which can be furthur expanded up to 32GB using microSD card slot. It sports a 8MP Rear camera with Dual LED Flash and a 8MP front camera with LED flash for selfies even in low-light conditons. It meaures 141.6×70.8x8mm and weighs 129gms. The Dual-sim smartphone is backed by 2500mAh battery. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop which is said to be upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
