Honor 8 Lite with 5.2-inch Full HD Display, 4GB RAM, Android Nougat Launched in India for Rs. 17,999

Huawei’s Honor brand has launched the Honor 8 Lite smartphone in India. As the name suggests, it’s the smaller and cheaper sibling of the Honor 8 smartphone. The Honor 8 Lite features a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD 2.5D curved glass display, and is powered by an octa-core Kirin 655 16nm processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 128GB using a microSD card.

On the photography department, the Honor 8 Lite sports an 12-megapixel camera on the back with f/2.2 aperture and LED Flash. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with 77-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video chats. It also has a fingerprint sensor located on the glass back.

The device comes with Hybrid Dual-SIM slot which means you can use two Nano-SIMs or one Nano-SIM and one microSD card. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery and runs on EMUI 5.0 based on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. Connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 & GPS.
