ASUS has finally launched its much-awaited ZenWatch 2 smartwatch in India. The Asus ZenWatch 2 which is powered by Android Wear is the successor to the original ZenWatch and will be available in two versions priced at Rs 11,999 ($180) and Rs 14,999 ($225) respectively. The ZenWatch 2 comes in two versions.
ZenWatch 2 WI501Q flaunts a 1.63-inch AMOLED touch display with a 320×320 resolution which has a pixel density of 278 ppi protected by 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The other variant, ZI502Q includes a 1.45-inch display also consists of same features except it has 280×280 display resolution with a pixel density of 273 ppi.
It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 along with 512MB of RAM and 4GB storage. Other features include Pedometer, IP67, changeable straps, activity tracker, 6 Axis Accelerometer, Gyroscope and a 400mAh battery.
The ASUS ZenWatch 2 comes with 22mm and 18mm rubber and leather straps. It will be available on Flipkart starting from 5th January in India.
