Xolo has launched its new smartphone under its Era series named Xolo Era 2X in India. The Xolo Era 2X features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD On-cell IPS Display. It is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor paired with Mali-T720 MP1 GPU. It comes with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

It sports a 8-megapixel Autofocus Rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, 5P Largan Lens and a 5-megapixel Front-facing camera. The device is backed by a 2500mAh battery and has a fingerprint sensor located at the back which can unlock it in 0.5 seconds.

The Dual-SIM smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 & GPS.

The Xolo Era 2X comes in Latte Gold and Dark Gunmetal colour options. It has been priced at Rs. 6,666 for the 2GB RAM variant and the 3GB RAM varaint costs Rs. 7,499. The smartphone will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting 9th January in India.
