Lenovo has announced its mid-range metal build smartphones, Vibe K5 and Vibe K5 Note at Mobile World Congress 2016. The Vibe K5 sports a 5-inch IPS HD Display and powered by 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 415 processor along with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The device comes with a 13MP Rear Camera that can record Full HD 1080p videos along with LED Flash and a 5MP Front Camera. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Lenovo’s VibeUI on the top. The Dual Sim 4G smartphone comes with Dual stereo speakers on the back with Dolby audio and weighs 142g. Other connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. The Lenovo Vibe K5 is priced at $129 (around Rs.8,860) and will be available in Champagne Gold, Silver & Graphite Grey colour variants.

The Vibe K5 Plus features a 5-inch Full HD IPS Display and powered by octa-core Snapdragon 616 along with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It comes with 13MP Rear Camera with LED Flash that can record Full HD 1080p videos and a 5MP Front facing camera. The Dual sim 4G LTE smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vibe UI on the top. The smartphone packs 2750mAh battery. Other connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is priced at $149 (around Rs.10,200) and will be available in Champagne Gold, Silver & Graphite Grey colour variants.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 and K5 Plus will be available in March 2016 for $129 (around Rs.8,860) and $149( around Rs.10,200).
