ASUS has launched the new variant of the Zenfone Max smartphone that was launched earlier this year in India. The ASUS ZenFone Max features a 5.5-inch HD IPS Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor along with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.

It sports a 13MP Rear camera with Dual-LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, Laser Auto-focus and a 5MP Front camera with f/2.0 aperture, 85-Degree wide-angle lens. The ASUS ZenFone max measures 10.55mm thickness and weighs 202 gms. The highlight of this smartphone is its massive 5000mAh battery that can easily last more than a day even with heavy usage and also it can charge other smartphones with a USB OTG cable provided with Zenfone Max.

The Dual-sim smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS with ZenUI 2.0 on the top. It packs accelerator, E-Compass, Proximity, Hall sensor and Ambient light sensor. The company has released the #LiveUnplugged digital campaign for the ASUS ZenFone Max smartphone featuring Sonakshi Sinha as their first-ever brand ambassador in India.

The ASUS ZenFone Max comes in Black, Orange and Blue colour variants and has been priced at Rs. 9,999 for the 2GB RAM variant and the 3GB RAM variant costs Rs. 12,999 in India. The smartphone will be available from Flipkart, ASUS Exclusive Stores and all other retail stores across the country.
