The world knows how Motorola amazed us with its smartphones and since the launch of its Moto X series, we saw the creativity of this company at its fullest. It is being known from leak of Motorola company presentation slide, that we may have five different phone ranges by the end of this year. And looking at the success of Moto G5 & G5 Plus the company is focusing at Moto X to be sub-flagship device where as Moto Z is flagships.

In the year 2015, we had seen the Moto X variation, Moto X Force, Moto X Play and Moto X Style. And the above smartphone device were good at their operational functionality. Now the company has put all the features of the Moto X variation in single device and here the company called it Moto X4.

Moto X4

Motorola has sent out invitations for an event in New York on July 25th, and its been expected that the Moto X4 may revealed. The company had already shared invites for the event but its been rumoured that the X4 will be released at late 2017.

The Moto X4 smartphone is going to be one of the most marvelous creation of Moto family. Inspired by its sibling Moto Z, the phone has a sleek metallic design with a big circular dual-camera setup at the back.

The phone is expected to have a 5.2-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. It is packed with a powerful 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor along with Adreno 508 GPU. The phone runs on the latest Android 7.1 Nougat. It is likely to come in two versions: 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, both expandable upto 256GB via microSD.

The phone is tipped to feature a dual rear camera setup (12MP + 8MP) with dual-tone LED flash and a 16MP front-facing camera. Other camera featuers include Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and auto-HDR with a full HD video recording of 2160p @30fps.

Moto X4 is having a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor with a powerful 3000mAh non-removable battery with fast charging support. The phone will be available in Gold color variant first, but it is expected that the company will launch other colour options as well. The device is expected to have IP68 certified dust and water resistance which ensure that the device can submerged in up to 1.5m for 30 minutes.
