We have been continuously informed about the most awaited smartphone with an additional screen on the back. Chinese smartphone maker Meizu is planning to add secondary display on its upcoming flagship phones, the Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus.
To improve the color panel and to enhance viewing experience, the LCD display is included for much more functionality like adding widgets, games and other icons on display window. The image, as you can see below, show the screen being used to play a Pac-Man style game.
The Meizu Pro 7 sports a 5.2-inch HD display while the Pro 7 Plus has a larger 5.7-inch display. Both phones are said to powered by MediaTek Helio X30 processor and feature dual 12MP rear cameras. A 16MP selfie camera, 3.5mm audio jack and a fingerprint sensor will also be available.
While the company hasn’t confirmed the pricing, the Meizu Pro 7 is expected to cost around CNY 2,799 ($410), and between CNY 3,299 ($485) to CNY 3,799 ($555) for different variants of the Meizu Pro 7 Plus.
